1. Who we are and scope
OSKANEZE LLC (“OSKANEZE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Wyoming limited liability company with a registered office at 5830 E 2ND ST, STE 7000 #36646, Casper, WY 82609, United States. We provide independent collector-vehicle search, listing review, inspection coordination, transaction support, inland logistics, and export coordination services.
This Policy applies to personal information collected through oskaneze.com, our inquiry forms, email and telephone communications, and the delivery of our services. OSKANEZE is the controller of this information where applicable. Third-party marketplaces, inspectors, transporters, workshops, ports, payment providers, customs professionals, and other independent providers have their own privacy practices.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
We may collect your name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, destination country or city, target budget, requested service, vehicle preferences, listing URLs, messages, and other information you include in a request. If you engage us, we may also collect billing details, transaction records, identification and compliance documents, shipping or delivery information, signatures, and communications required to perform the mandate.
Vehicle and transaction information
We may process VINs, titles, registration or ownership documents, seller and dealer contact details, inspection materials, photographs, videos, vehicle-history information, bids, offers, invoices, logistics records, and export documentation. Some of this information may come from you, sellers, public records, vehicle-history providers, marketplaces, inspectors, or other service partners.
Website and technical information
Our hosting and security providers may automatically receive IP address, browser and device type, referring page, request time, pages visited, and diagnostic or security events. The current website does not use advertising cookies or sell personal information. If optional analytics or marketing technologies are introduced, this Policy and any required consent controls will be updated.
3. How and why we use information
We use personal information to respond to inquiries; evaluate and source requested vehicles; communicate with sellers and service providers at your direction; arrange verification, inspection, purchase support, transportation, and export services; prepare proposals and agreements; administer billing and records; secure the website; prevent fraud; comply with tax, accounting, sanctions, anti-fraud, and other legal duties; establish or defend legal claims; and improve our services.
Where the GDPR or similar law applies, our legal bases may include taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing a contract, complying with legal obligations, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the business and responding to genuine inquiries, and consent where the law requires it. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.
We do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about you solely through automated processing.
5. International transfers
OSKANEZE is established in the United States and serves clients in Europe. Information may therefore be processed in the United States and in a vehicle’s location, transit countries, and destination country. Where required for transfers from the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on an adequacy decision, approved contractual safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses, or another lawful transfer mechanism.
6. Retention and security
General inquiries that do not become an engagement are ordinarily retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact. Engagement, transaction, accounting, compliance, inspection, shipping, and dispute records may be kept for up to seven years after completion, or longer where required by law or reasonably necessary for an active claim. Security logs and backups may be retained for shorter operational cycles. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer reasonably required.
We use proportionate administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls, encrypted transport, managed infrastructure, rate limiting, and restricted administrative access. No transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.
7. Cookies and external links
We use only technologies required to deliver, secure, and operate the website. Links to marketplaces and service providers take you to independent websites whose cookies and privacy terms apply. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know or access your personal information, correct it, request deletion, restrict or object to certain processing, receive portable data, withdraw consent, and appeal or complain to a competent privacy or data-protection authority. European data-protection rights may apply regardless of where processing occurs when applicable law covers the service.
To exercise a right, email us using the address below and describe your request. We may verify your identity and may retain information where an exemption or legal duty applies. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
9. Children
Our services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our services, providers, or legal requirements. The updated date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be presented on this page or communicated where required.
